LinkSpeed does not operate the provider network, so use this as a checklist before contacting support.
Check these first
- Restart your router.
- Try a test close to the router.
- Check another device.
- Use Ethernet if possible.
- Look for provider outage messages or service updates.
What your speed test can show
If download and upload are normal but pages still feel delayed, look at ping and jitter. If everything is poor over Ethernet, the issue may be outside your home.
